Delivery
Every tin of Ordinary Paint is mixed fresh to order.
Place your order before 4:00pm (WAT) on a working day and, where available, we’ll dispatch it for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 4:00pm, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size and selected delivery service.
Made to Order
Nothing sits on a shelf.
Every order is mixed specifically for you, ensuring fresh paint, consistent colour and minimal waste.
It’s a simpler way to buy paint, and one of the reasons every Ordinary Paint order is made just for your space.
Returns
Because every order is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once your paint has been mixed, it has been produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
Please make sure you’ve selected the correct colours, finish and quantity before completing your purchase.
We strongly recommend testing colours first using our Peel & Stick Samples before ordering paint.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel your order.
Once your paint has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
